TopsyKiss Shipping Policy

  At TopsyKiss, we aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you with a tracking number.

  Please note, during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as Covid-19-related issues), delays may occur.

Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot guarantee that any address changes will be applied once the order has been processed. If you receive a tracking number, you can contact the shipping carrier to request any updates to your delivery address.

Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100 within the United States. Orders below this amount will have a flat shipping fee of $5. Estimated delivery times are typically 2-3 business days, but may vary depending on your location. Please be aware that rural deliveries may take slightly longer.

Pickup Service
We are an online store and do not offer in-person pickup services.

International Shipping
We provide free international shipping on orders over $100, with an estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days. Expedited shipping options are available and generally take 2-5 business days. However, actual delivery times may vary due to customs or delays beyond our control.

At the moment, we do not ship to other regions, but we hope to expand our services in the future.
