1. Return Eligibility
• Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
3. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, used, or personal hygiene products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
• Sale items are non-refundable.
